Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the EU right of withdrawal. Here is how it works.

How to return an item

1. Contact us first. Email sales@pietrodimartini.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason. Parcels sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
2. Wait for our confirmation. We will reply with confirmation of your return and any further instructions.
3. Pack the item carefully. Include everything it came with. Please use sturdy packaging so the item is not damaged on the way back.
4. Send it back with a tracked service. You arrange and pay for the return shipping. Please keep your tracking number and proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.
5. We inspect and refund. When your parcel arrives we check the item’s condition and authenticity. If everything is in order, your refund is sent to your original payment method within 14 days.

Condition of returned items

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. If that is the case, contact us with your order number and photos of the problem and we will take care of it.
